First Contact – starting your journey.

We understand that when you are suffering the effects of Anxiety seeking help and finding the right type of help can seem daunting and taking the first step can be challenging – even scary for some . For that reason we help to make it as easy as possible  for you to take that all important positive first step ;

You can call us for an informal, confidential chat at any time, you can email us your questions or book a no obligation initial consultation below.

Initial Consultation – Issue identification.

Usually lasting between 30 minutes and an hour, this is an opportunity for us to understand where you are now , your journey to that place and the outcomes you want to achieve; we can then provide you with all the information you need regarding Therapy options available . It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

At the end of the consultation we will be able to accurately inform you of the number of sessions you may need  and the outcomes you can expect to achieve.

Subsequent sessions – Overcoming and removing the Problem.

Usually lasting approx 1 Hr , these sessions will be targeted on one or more aspects of your situation ( the priority order will be agreed with you in your first session ).   At all times we will work to your pace , on your priorities ensuring you remain within your comfort zone.

Our aim is that you achieve your desired outcome in the most effective way.

Whilst not essential we recommend that sessions are held weekly in order to build on your progress and experience the benefits quickly.

By the end of your Treatment you will have achieved all your desired outcomes agreed at your initial consultation and you will be the Person you want to be , ready to enjoy your life and potential to the full.
